Guessing Contest! for Youngsters!

Kids, how good are you at guessing?

Come find out at Lane Memorial Library’s Children’s Room!!!

In honor of National Library Week, Lane’s Children’s/ Young Adult Services are holding a candy-counting guessing game for Hampton youngsters preK-8th grade.

1st prize is an awesome beanie baby basket (try saying that 3 times fast!!). This will go to the person who most accurately guesses the number of candy pieces in a jar.

The person with the next closest guess wins 2nd prize: the jar of candy. Enough for you and your friends to share!

3d prize is a cool Camp Half-Blood T-shirt (you can learn all about Camp Half-Blood in the marvelous Percy Jackson and the Olympians series by Rick Riordan).

Please, only one guess per youngster. In the event of a tie, the winner will be chosen by lottery.

The contest begins Monday, April 13th and ends on Friday, April 17th at 4 pm, when we’ll call the winners.
