Friends of Hampton's Lane Library Host General Meeting

The Friends of the Lane Library is holding a general meeting for all members on Tuesday, February 19 , 6:30 p.m. at the Lane Library.

Agenda items to be discussed include the March election warrant article concerning the library HVAC system.  Other initiatives up for discussion include the funding of a new library water station, the March 4 launching of the Friends Twilight Book Club, and other business.

"We are hoping for a large turnout of Friends volunteers as we have a number of important issues to discuss," comments Friends President Gloria Goudreau.  "The Lane Library is a valued town resource, and the Friends have a number of upcoming opportunities to demonstrate their support to the library.  We invite current members as well as interested volunteers to attend our general meeting on February 19."
